Elgin artist John Mosimann (1931-2012) produced a series of 6 art prints to commemorate Elgin’s Sesquicentennial. The prints featured Fountain Square, the Elgin Road Races, the Elgin National Watch Co. factory, the James T. Gifford stone house, the interurban rail tracks at National Street and the WWI Memorial doughboy statue. Limited prints from the original run of 200 are available for purchase.
