Meeting Room at Elgin History Museum
The Museum’s meeting room is available for education, charitable, non-profit, and corporate rental. The room holds anywhere from 50 seated to about 85 standing. We have kitchen facilities, tables and chairs, internet access, and a laptop and screen for presentations.
Museum programs are available for an additional fee, including a Museum Exhibit Tour or a Behind-the-Scenes Tour.
At this time the Museum is not available for private parties. Please call us at 847-742-4248 to discuss your event or fill out our online form and we will contact you.
Member Rental Fee
$50 per hour for Museum members/3 hour minimum, which includes set up and clean up.
Non Member Rental Fee
$150 per hour for non-members/3 hour minimum.
A $50 security deposit is required to reserve the room. The check will be returned to the organization at the end of the event, barring any problems with the building or exhibits.
