BLUFF CITY CEMETERY SEVERE WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY
The Bluff City Cemetery Walk, presented by the Elgin History Museum, goes on rain or shine. However in the case of severe weather, the Elgin History Museum will cancel the Cemetery Walk performances scheduled for that day. The decision whether to cancel any Cemetery Walk performances will be made by 8am on the day of the walk.
The Museum will allow ticket holders of a cancelled performance to receive a refund after September 23, 2019 or unused tickets will be accepted for the Silent City Speaks presentation on September 29. Refunds for tickets must be made by coming to the Elgin History Museum with your tickets. Tickets purchased online will be credited back to the credit card used in the transaction. Severe weather refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled by the Elgin History Museum.
