The Reber Research Library, located on the third floor of the museum, contains business directories, phone books, and most yearbooks for Elgin High School and Larkin High School.
If you are looking for a person that worked at the Elgin National Watch Factory, the Museum also has a large collection of the Watch Word newsletters. These newsletters are also available online in the Illinois Digital Archives.
